Refund policy

All Services Require the original invoice.

By purchasing items, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

1. Returns. Items accepted for returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items not in their original condition are non-returnable.
2. Special Orders. No cancellations or refunds on special orders. All special order items require a 50% deposit. Modern Living cannot make any guarantees regarding the color, texture, or feel of special-order items. Modern Living cannot make guarantees as to when items ordered will actually come in.
3. Non-refundable. CLEARANCE AND FLOOR SAMPLES ARE SOLD “AS-IS” and are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Delivery and setup charges & Protection Plans are non-refundable. Mattresses: For sanitary reasons, mattresses are nonreturnable.
4. Open Invoices & Layaways. All deposits are non-refundable and are good for store credit only. Layaways are not refundable and nontransferable,
5. Please Inspect items before loading. Any damage claims thereafter will not be honored.
